Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving membership enrollment, engaging with potential clients to understand their fitness goals, and providing information about the facility's offerings. Day-to-day tasks include giving guided tours of the center, maintaining customer relationships, resolving inquiries, promoting services, and achieving sales targets. You'll also collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming community atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and provide an exceptional experience.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed targets and grow membership numbers.
- Experience in Training or guiding customers through services, including fitness programs and memberships.
- Goal-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
