About the Role:
Elite Biotech is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint in the B2B market, connecting with manufacturers and exporters, and managing the end-to-end sales process for our premium essential oils, hydrosols, and herbal extracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to new B2B prospects across various platforms (LinkedIn, cold calling, and email).
Customer Management: Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and manage the sampling process through to final order placement.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with manufacturers, traders, and exporters.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the QC, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain an accurate database of leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 2-4years in B2B sales (experience in Chemicals, Pharma, Cosmetics, or Herbal industries is a huge plus).
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and professional email etiquette.
