Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Nagpur. As a Sales Specialist, you will manage sales activities, develop client relationships, and identify business opportunities. Key tasks include communicating with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, creating and executing sales strategies, and conducting client training sessions on product offerings. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience in facilitating Training for clients or team members
- Result-driven mindset with goal-oriented performance
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Previous experience in the construction, architecture, or manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
