Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Kanayannur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales efforts, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include connecting with potential clients, identifying customer needs, providing product or service information, and troubleshooting issues. The role will also involve ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships to support customer retention.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven abilities in Customer Service and a customer-first approach to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Sales and Sales Management experience, with skills in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Training skills to onboard and educate clients or teammates as required.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience in using CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
