Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will assist in training new team members, tracking sales metrics, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build positive relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven Sales skills with an ability to promote products and close sales confidently
- Experience in Training and mentoring new team members to uphold service and sales standards
- Proficiency in Sales Management, including tracking sales, analyzing reports, and contributing to team goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
- Previous experience in retail or food/beverage industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
