Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and managing the sales process. The role requires collaboration with teams to enhance sales strategies and deliver ongoing customer support and training as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to build strong customer relationships and address inquiries effectively
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and creating growth strategies
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the automotive sector or auto-tech platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
