💰 Salary Structure:
✅ ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 Fixed Salary
✅ HIGH Sales Incentives
✅ 5% Incentive on Sales Conversion
Responsibilities
- Handle leads and student inquiries
- Convert leads into admissions/sales
- Follow-up through calls & WhatsApp
- Explain courses and services professionally
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
✔ Good communication & convincing skills
✔ Hindi communication required
✔ Sales/Telecalling experience preferred
✔ Freshers can also apply if confident in sales
