Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Senior Inside Sales (Australia Market)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: Bangalore - Sadasvinagar
Shift: Australia Shift (Early Morning / Day Shift depending on region)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales professional to drive revenue growth in the Australia market. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales while building strong relationships with prospects and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the Australia market
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Schedule and conduct product demos / sales presentations
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer information and sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve lead conversion
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences in Australia
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of experience in inside sales / international sales / B2B sales
- Experience handling the Australia market is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to work in early morning shifts aligned with Australia time zones
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS / IT / Technology sales
- Exposure to international clients and cross-cultural communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
