Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. As a Sales Specialist, you will actively prospect and engage with potential customers to promote and sell our products or services. You'll identify client needs, deliver effective presentations, and close sales to achieve individual and team revenue targets. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with other team members to refine sales strategies and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful client relationships and articulate product value effectively
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to address customer needs and inquiries reliably
- Proven Sales skills, with experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Leadership abilities, including Sales Management and Training capabilities
- Proficiency in problem-solving and time management
- Relevant experience in the sales field is preferred but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
