Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products to enhance their living spaces. Additional responsibilities include managing sales transactions, maintaining customer relationships, assisting with product displays, and contributing to a seamless in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience within retail or similar environments.
- Ability to provide Training to team members to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous experience in luxury retail or home furnishings is a plus.
