Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist at our Noida location. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, selling Coding Blocks' programs and services, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also includes conducting training sessions, managing the sales process, and achieving set sales targets while collaborating with the team to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management for achieving targets and driving business results.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and educate clients about the value of our offerings.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and standard sales processes is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
