Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist for our Client, who specializes in hand crafted Doors, based in Porur, Chennai.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Daily responsibilities include conducting market analysis, managing customer inquiries, delivering product presentations and training, providing excellent customer service, and developing sales strategies for growth and client retention.
The role requires proactive engagement with clients and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business development.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is a must.
- Proficient in Sales and Sales Management with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in conducting Training sessions and building rapport with customers
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus
