Responsible for driving sales growth by identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting leads into customers. Supports the sales process from initial outreach to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market feedback and report insights to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B or technology sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital sales strategies and tools.
