Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, and providing ongoing support to customers. The role requires collaboration with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and the ability to meet sales targets regularly.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to conduct Training and product demonstrations to educate customers about solutions
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with AV systems, automation solutions, or technology-related sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
