As we continue to expand, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our ambitious growth plans.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
• Conduct site visits and client meetings with commercial and corporate prospects
• Present company services and prepare customized proposals for potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, property managers, business owners, and decision-makers
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into long-term service contracts
Client Engagement & Market Expansion
• Organise and participate in industry events, networking activities, and business promotion initiatives
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and site assessments
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market penetration
Sales Strategy & Performance
• Build, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Track sales activities, client interactions, and business development outcomes
Requirements:
• MBA in Sales & Marketing or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate client acquisition
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong presentation and client management abilities
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, CRM systems, and Google Workspace
• Experience in facility management, property services, or service-based industries will be an advantage
