Build AI raised $22M to build one model for physical labor. We've open-sourced the largest manual labor dataset in history used by Nvidia, Tesla, Google, and more. We moved from SF to Bangalore and are now scaling our GTM/Sales team across India.
Role Description:
This is a founding sales role. You will be one of the first Sales Specialists on the ground, reporting directly to the GTM Lead: one layer from the founders.
Your job is simple: get factory owners on the phone, build trust, and close partnerships for data collection. We provide the leads. You make the calls and show up in person.
This is a primary outbound calling + in-person meetings role based out of our Bangalore office (HSR Layout). You're not behind a screen sending emails: you're dialing, talking, and closing. Every single day.
What you'll actually do:
- Call factory owners and operations managers from lead lists we provide
- Set and run in-person meetings with factory decision-makers
- Close partnerships on the ground: this is a feet-on-street role
- Report directly to the GTM Lead with daily updates
- Move fast, close fast, get paid fast
What we're looking for:
- Fluent, confident English: you need to hold a conversation, not read a script
- 1-2 years in sales, BD, or any role where you've sold something to someone
- Strong network or connects in manufacturing/industrial space is a major plus
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and in-person meetings
- Based in Bangalore and can start immediately, not after notice period, now
- You're hungry, coachable, and don't need hand-holding
Compensation:
- Base + Incentive starting at ₹75K per closed deal
- Uncapped. No ceiling. Top performers are clearing 5L+/week.
- This is not a base salary job, this is a performance job with massive payouts

Qualifications:
- Exceptional spoken English and communication skills
- Sales, BD, or client-facing experience (1-2 years)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with factory owners and blue-collar decision-makers
- Self-starter who thrives in high-pressure, performance-driven environments
