Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Mohali/Chandigarh. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients interested in residential properties, either it be a plot or apartment in Tricity. The sales specialist manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing and delivering presentations, explaining service offerings, and tailoring solutions to client requirements. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, providing timely follow-up, and collaborating with advisory and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions. The Sales Specialist will also track sales performance, update CRM or sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies, training sessions, and market feedback to improve service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions in B2B or real estate/financial services environments.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training, such as supporting sales processes, mentoring team members, or contributing to sales playbooks and best practices.
- Basic understanding of real estate, investment, or financial services; experience with distressed assets or commercial property is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales metrics.
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet agreed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
