Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Thane. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential customers, managing sales accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, providing product training and guidance, and achieving sales targets. The role emphasizes active customer engagement, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of retail financial products.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to deliver effective Training and support for clients
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector is an advantage
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
