🚨 WE ARE HIRING | TERRITORY SALES EXECUTIVES 🚨
PIKAVI – Sanitary Napkins 🩷
We are building our field sales team and looking for 5 hardworking & target-oriented Territory Sales Executives to expand Pikavi across Rajasthan.
📍 Territories:
1️⃣ Sri Ganganagar – Hanumangarh – Bikaner
2️⃣ Jodhpur – Pali – Sirohi
3️⃣ Nagaur – Kuchaman – Didwana – Churu
4️⃣ Ajmer – Beawar – Udaipur
5️⃣ Jaipur – Alwar – Kota
💼 What will you do?
• Develop retailers, wholesalers & distributors
• Generate orders and repeat business
• Build Pikavi's retail presence in the assigned territory
• Conduct regular market visits
• Take market & competitor feedback
• Maintain daily/weekly sales reporting
• Develop long-term retailer relationships
🎯 Target:
40 Cases per District / Month
Each week, the executive will focus on one assigned district and systematically develop the market.
💰 Earning Structure:
• Fixed Salary: ₹13,000/month
• Performance-linked Field Expense: Up to ₹4,000/month
• Salary credited every 15 days
• Additional incentive for sales above target
• Higher performance = Higher earning
• Best performers will have opportunities for increment & career growth
⭐ Who should apply?
✔ FMCG / Pharma / Personal Care / Hygiene sales experience preferred
✔ Freshers with strong communication & sales skills can also apply
✔ Two-wheeler & driving licence preferred
✔ Must be comfortable with extensive field work
✔ Target-oriented & self-motivated
