Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Bhopal. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include conducting consultations with clients, presenting tailored wedding planning services, negotiating contracts, and collaborating closely with the event and planning teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and meet their needs.
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Experience in training to guide and mentor staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills paired with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience in event planning or sales.
- Prior experience in the wedding or event planning industry is a plus but not mandatory.
