Bharat Smart STEM is a fast-growing STEM education company dedicated to empowering students with future-ready skills through robotics, coding, innovation, and practical learning experiences. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Specialist who can help expand our reach and build strong relationships with schools, parents, educational institutions, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients including schools, parents, coaching institutes, and educational organizations
Generate leads and convert them into successful enrollments and partnerships
Present and explain Bharat Smart STEM programs effectively to clients
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Conduct meetings, demos, presentations, and training sessions when required
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for campaigns and events
Maintain client data and follow-ups using CRM tools and sales systems
Represent Bharat Smart STEM professionally during workshops, exhibitions, and educational events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or EdTech sales
Ability to confidently handle presentations and client interactions
Good customer relationship management skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Basic knowledge of CRM software and digital sales tools is preferred
Interest in STEM Education, Robotics, Coding, or EdTech will be an added advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field preferred
