About BestlaTechBestlaTech is a fast-growing IT services & consulting startup helping businesses build scalable digital products. We specialize in:

We work with startups and growing companies across SaaS, Fintech, Healthcare, and IT — primarily targeting international markets like the US and UAE.
What You’ll Actually Do- Build BestlaTech’s client pipeline from scratch: founders, CTOs, product leaders, and decision-makers are your core targets
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → proposal → negotiation → close → repeat business
- Identify and close international opportunities (US, UAE, global startups)
- Drive outbound strategies via LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and partnerships
- Work directly with the founders to shape pricing, positioning, and sales strategy
- Translate client requirements into clear project scopes with the tech team
- Manage and grow relationships, ensure clients come back for long-term projects
- Track your pipeline, revenue, and deals independently, no micromanagement
- Continuously experiment with messaging, outreach angles, and deal strategies
Who You Are- 2–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience (IT services or tech preferred)
- You’ve personally closed deals, not just supported someone else
- You’ve sold to startup founders, product teams, or tech leaders
- You are confident in handling international clients (US/UAE time zones)
- You can clearly talk about:
- Your biggest deal
- Your average deal size
- Your close rate
- You are comfortable with cold outreach and building a pipeline from zero
- You don’t wait for leads: you create them
- You understand or can quickly learn software development services
- Rejections don’t slow you down: they refine your approach
