Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Delhi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing product training and support to clients, developing sales strategies, and fostering customer satisfaction to drive business growth. The role also focuses on gathering market insights for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and utilizing strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Experience with providing client Training and ensuring smooth onboarding and usage of the platform.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and multi-channel selling tools is an advantage.
- College degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
