Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The individual will work on customer queries, coordinate with the operations team for seamless service delivery, and provide training to enhance the performance of the sales team. This role emphasizes effective communication, building lasting client partnerships, and contributing to business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and understand their requirements.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and develop client relationships.
- Experience in Training to mentor and enhance the team’s performance and capabilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
