Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Specialist located in Indore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The role includes proactive collaboration with teams to meet customer needs, achieve sales targets, and ensure comprehensive training for potential customers on product functionality.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management techniques
- Experience in Training customers to enhance product understanding
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with AI and business automation solutions is a plus
- Capable of achieving Leads, Sales Targets & Business Goals.
