Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Specialist based in our Noida office.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer travel needs, and converting inquiries into bookings. You will actively engage with clients, pitch customized travel packages, and ensure a smooth and premium customer experience.
Additionally, you will contribute to marketing efforts by coordinating with the team on campaigns, lead generation strategies, and improving customer engagement to drive consistent sales growth.
Qualifications- Strong Communication skills with fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proven ability in Sales, Lead Conversion, and Client Handling
- Customer-first approach with the ability to understand needs and recommend the right travel solutions
- Basic understanding of Marketing, Lead Generation, or Digital Platforms is a plus
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven personality
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Prior experience in travel sales, hospitality, or similar roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field
