Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Lucknow. The Sales Specialist will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and provide personalized solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting effective client presentations, managing the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Collaboration with the team and providing training support to clients are key aspects of this dynamic role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build lasting client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to provide effective Training to both clients and team members on product or service offerings
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in sales or customer-oriented roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
