Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Sales Specialist will identify and develop new customer relationships, educate clients about the company’s products, and grow sales revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with customers, delivering product training and demonstrations, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with internal teams to implement strategic initiatives. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively address customer needs
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
- Training skills to educate customers about product features and benefits
- Ability to work collaboratively and create strategies that align with company goals
- Prior experience in food, agriculture, or sustainability-oriented industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
