We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation and sales for SAP Business One (SAP B1) and logistics software solutions. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding business needs, and scheduling product demos to support the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation & Qualification
- Identify and generate leads for ERP (SAP B1) and logistics software
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and readiness
Client Engagement
- Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Present high-level overview of solutions and value proposition
- Understand client pain points in:
- Inventory management
- Supply chain
- Accounting & operations
Demo Coordination
- Schedule product demos with pre-sales/technical team
- Ensure proper briefing and smooth handover of qualified leads
Sales Support
- Assist in proposal discussions and follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with prospects
- Support closing process
CRM & Reporting
- Update leads, activities, and pipeline in CRM
- Track conversions and follow-ups
Required Skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in inside sales / tele-sales / SaaS sales
- Basic understanding of ERP systems
- Ability to work on targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar ERP
- Knowledge of logistics / supply chain software
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
