Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include presenting and demonstrating products or services, providing customer support, and participating in training activities to stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Experience or capability in delivering Training sessions to clients or team members
- Ability to build relationships and effectively manage client accounts
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant educational background in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage
- Experience in the diagnostics or healthcare industry is a plus
