Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for promoting and selling Alkaione water ionizers to individual customers, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential clients. Day-to-day activities include engaging prospects, conducting product demonstrations, explaining the health benefits and technical features of the ionizers, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. The Sales Specialist will manage leads, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate sales records, and support after-sales service in collaboration with the customer support team. The role also involves participating in training sessions, contributing to sales strategies, and working closely with management to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and support sales planning.
- Candidates should possess Training and presentation skills to deliver clear product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Relevant experience in healthcare devices, wellness products, or consumer electronics sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, meet sales targets, and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Proficiency in local languages and English, along with basic computer and CRM skills, is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience will be considered.
