Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Faridabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and engaging potential customers, managing customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, delivering product training, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build effective relationships and resolve client inquiries
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive revenue growth
- Experience with Training to effectively educate clients or team members about products and solutions
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaboratively achieve organization goals
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing or automotive sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Own Vehicle, License.
