Role Description
This is a full-time on-remotly role for a Sales Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage potential clients, develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, and provide exceptional customer service to drive client satisfaction. They will also conduct product demonstrations, communicate the value of Vaapis AI solutions, and train clients when necessary. Additionally, the role involves meeting sales goals, reporting on progress, and contributing to sales strategies to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
- Sales experience, including the ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals.
- Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide clients through product adoption and ensure successful implementation.
- Ability to meet targets, demonstrate a proactive attitude, and remain goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI or technology-driven solutions, as well as the ability to learn and articulate technical concepts, will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. (Or ongoing can apply)
