Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Adrine is a full-time, remote position based in Gandhinagar. The individual in this role will identify and qualify prospects, present product demonstrations, and communicate the value of Adrine’s unified hospital operating system to key decision-makers. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements aligned with company guidelines. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding, provide basic product training to clients, and gather feedback to inform product improvements. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, meeting sales targets, and representing Adrine at events, meetings, and demos with prospective and existing customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage stakeholders, understand hospital needs, and build lasting client relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, close deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in delivering Training or product demonstrations to hospital administrators, clinicians, and operational staff.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology, hospital information systems, or B2B SaaS solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work Remotely in Gandhinagar, manage multiple opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation in CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with consultative selling, data-driven decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams.
