Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions to understand their needs, promoting our Will-writing services, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting 70-80 calls everyday, responding to inquiries, delivering demonstrations, conducting follow-ups, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to train and mentor clients on our products while building lasting relationships to support long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand and address client needs.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in Training and onboarding clients to ensure effective adoption of services.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and an aptitude for learning new technologies and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the legal, financial, or tech sector is a plus.
