🚀 Role Overview
Based in India (Bengaluru/Mumbai/Delhi preferred), you will own the end-to-end sales cycle for B2B clients, drive revenue growth, and shape our market penetration strategy. This hybrid role combines strategic territory planning, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional business results.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to penetrate India’s industrial, manufacturing, and clean energy sectors, meeting or exceeding annual revenue quotas
- Prospect and acquire new enterprise clients through consultative selling, leveraging digital tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and industry networks
- Build multi-threaded relationships with C-level decision-makers, understanding client pain points to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and inform product/marketing strategies
- Collaborate with global teams (China headquarters & APAC regional office) to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, providing transparent updates to leadership
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility in India
📋 Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in India, with a track record of closing high-value deals (tech/industrial/clean energy sector experience a plus)
- Fluent in English (written & verbal) – mandatory for client negotiations and global team collaboration
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoominfo, or similar)
- Strong market insight into India’s business landscape, regulatory environment, and customer behavior
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with cross-cultural teamwork
