Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to guide students on academic options.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide professional academic counselling to prospective students and parents.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversion pipelines efficiently.
• Achieve assigned enrolment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduation.
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales or counselling roles.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil (mandatory).
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
