Role Description
The Sales & Sourcing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting site-level sales activities and sourcing leads through channel partners. The role involves coordinating with brokers and channel partners, managing walk-in customers, supporting the sales team, and ensuring effective lead tracking and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to source leads and drive site visits.
- Manage site-level walk-in customers, provide project information, and coordinate property showings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners at the project site.
- Maintain broker and channel partner records, agreements, and engagement details.
- Support the sales team in lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
- Organize and support broker meets, site events, and promotional activities.
- Track sourcing performance, channel partner contributions, and lead quality.
- Maintain complete documentation related to sourcing, site visits, bookings, and channel partner interactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site sales and sourcing MIS reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of all leads, sourcing details, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM / ERP systems.
- Coordinate with head office sales and marketing teams for data sharing and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Management, or related field preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in real estate site sales, sourcing, or channel partner coordination.
- Strong understanding of channel partner management and site sales processes.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi additional knowledge of languages preferred
- Presentable, customer-focused
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently at site locations.(experience in Chembur, Ghatkopar micro market appreciated)
