Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Representative located in Agra. The Sales Service Representative will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, providing exceptional support, and developing relationships with clients. Tasks include responding to client inquiries, promoting fitness programs, assisting the sales team with administrative duties, and meeting sales targets while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and solve customer issues effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with fitness and wellness programs is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
