Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sales/Service Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, conducting client needs assessments, and managing sales operations. Additionally, you will assist in delivering product training and providing technical knowledge to clients and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to create and deliver Training programs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
