Service Sales Manager – ELV / PE-DEL-2026

Position Summary
The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth in service contracts and aftermarket business across assigned markets. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and maximizing recurring revenue through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling service offerings.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new service contracts and aftermarket opportunities as per the AOP assigned for the territory
- Develop and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring high renewal rates and customer retention.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of service offerings to maximise account value.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with service delivery, operations, and technical teams to ensure the feasibility and profitability of commitments.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting through CRM systems.
- Analyse revenue trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine service strategies.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ARR, renewal rates, and margins.
- Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and RFP processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B service or aftermarket sales.
- At least 2 years in a similar role in any industry
- Proven track record in selling service contracts or recurring revenue solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, contract negotiation, and margin management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury or premium segment sales (any industry).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
