Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales & Service Engineer for our Ultrasound Division. The role involves providing technical support, conducting equipment installations, executing regular maintenance and repair services, and troubleshooting technical issues for clients. The position requires both strong interpersonal and technical skills, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role based in Nagpur.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues with ultrasound and color doppler equipment
- Experience in field service activities, including equipment installation and client site visits
- Proven ability to offer technical support and guide clients through operating procedures
- Proficiency in maintenance and repair tasks for medical equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Technical diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Prior experience in the medical equipment industry is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
