Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Service Engineer / Sales Executive based in Guwahati. The role involves maintaining and repairing medical devices, providing field service, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering comprehensive technical support. The professional will also engage with customers to maintain communication, ensuring optimal service quality and technical guidance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for resolving device and system issues
- Experience in Field Service, Maintenance, and Repair of technical or medical equipment
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to work independently and travel locally to support on-site service needs
- Background in electronics, biomedical engineering, or related technical fields is an advantage
- Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is preferred
