Sales & Business Development:
- Generate service sales, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), repairs, and retrofit opportunities.
- Identify and develop new customers, projects, and service leads within the Bangalore region.
- Achieve assigned service sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Support billing processes and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
Service & Technical Operations:
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems within defined timelines.
- Handle chilled water systems, air-side systems, DX units, VRF systems, and related HVAC equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose faults and implement effective technical solutions during site visits.
- Provide prompt on-site service support and emergency response when required.
Customer Support & After-Sales Service:
- Deliver excellent after-sales service aligned with company standards and compliance norms.
- Assess customer eligibility for services (within or outside warranty) and recommend solutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and invoicing for out-of-warranty services.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and site teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Escalate complex service issues through proper channels when necessary.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, sales, and management) for service delivery, invoicing, and collections.
- Maintain service reports, customer logs, and internal documentation accurately.
- Report recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to management.
- Provide feedback on product performance and recommend enhancements.
Compliance & Process Adherence:
- Ensure all sales and service activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Follow proper approval processes for quotations, documentation, and invoicing.
Team Collaboration & Field Operations:
- Work closely with service and sales teams to ensure efficient service delivery across Bangalore.
- Support team members with technical guidance and field coordination when required.
- Be willing to travel within Bangalore and nearby areas for client visits.
- Be flexible to work beyond regular hours in case of urgent service requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in HVAC service and/or sales.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chilled Water, DX, VRF, Air-side).
- Proven ability to generate service sales and handle AMC contracts.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
