Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Service Engineer holding a diploma for a full-time position. In this on-site role located in Marmagao, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the field. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, conducting maintenance and repair activities, and working closely with clients to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently and effectively. Collaboration and customer satisfaction are key elements of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve mechanical or technical issues effectively.
- Hands-on experience in Field Service, including on-site client interactions and issue resolution.
- Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and team members professionally.
- Expertise in Maintenance & Repair to ensure equipment is functioning optimally and handling preventative measures.
- Diploma in a relevant engineering or technical field is mandatory.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally as required for on-site service.
- Salary Is Upto 35K
