Role Description The Sales Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. This role involves providing technical support and service for hearing care equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair at customer locations. The Sales Service Engineer will perform troubleshooting and diagnostics, recommend suitable products, and assist customers in understanding device features and usage. Daily tasks include conducting field service visits, maintaining service records, coordinating with the sales team to support pre- and post-sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also requires clear communication with customers and internal teams, adherence to safety and quality standards, and proactive follow-up on service requests.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair of electronic or medical devices.
- Experience in Field Service and Technical Support, ideally in healthcare, audiology, or medical equipment.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, clinicians, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage service schedules, document work performed, and use basic diagnostic tools and software.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, electronics, biomedical, or a related technical field.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with patience, empathy, and a focus on delivering reliable solutions.
- Willingness to travel locally for on-site visits and work flexible hours when required.
- Prior experience in hearing aids or similar medical devices is an advantage.
- Willing to travel all over India.
- Must have a 2-wheeler and DL.
