🔍 The Role:
- Technical Service: Handle installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for analytical and microbiological testing instruments.
- Sales Excellence: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and maintaining relationships within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors in Hyderabad.
- Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets stringent industry standards (IQ/OQ/PQ).
⭐ TheCompetitive Edge:
While your core focus is testing instruments, hands-on experience or familiarity with production-grade containment systems like Isolators and RABS (Restricted Access Barrier Systems) is a significant advantage.
🎯 What You Bring:
- Experience: 2–3 years in Sales & Service within the Pharma/bio Pharma/Life Sciences/Food industry.
- Knowledge: Proven expertise in analytical or microbiological lab instruments.
- Background: Degree in Instrumentation, Biomedical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Skills: Strong communication, a "customer-first" mindset, and the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
- Language fluency : English, Hindi, Telugu.
