Eligibility

  • Tourism Studies - Post Graduate / Graduate / Diploma / similar preferred
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in travel sales
  • Good selling and conversation skills

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attend to GIT / FIT / Inbound/ MICE enquiries on call/email/walk-in/digital media
  • Assist Guests to decide on a holiday package that is most suited to their requirements
  • Achieve monthly sales target – GIT and FIT
  • Assist Guests in booking, visa and billing processes
  • Maintain necessary reports and MIS
