Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Reservations Manager located in the Greater Delhi Area. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing reservations, driving sales strategies for the boutique hotel, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role will also involve overseeing the reservation process, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Additionally, the Sales & Reservations Manager will contribute to the training and development of team members to uphold the hotel’s exceptional service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong business relationships with Inbound Tourism DMCs
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities to ensure superior guest experiences
- Proven track record in Sales with a strategic approach to achieving revenue goals
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with the hospitality sector, especially boutique or luxury hotels, is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields
