The Role
We’re looking for a driven, commercially sharp Sales Representative to grow our advertiser partnerships and revenue footprint. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, and play a key role in expanding Tonefuse’s presence across core verticals including music, TV, finance, education, and home services.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role offering real ownership, autonomy, and upside.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, prospect, pitch, and close new advertiser and publisher partnerships across multiple verticals
- Own the full sales lifecycle: discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate closely with AdOps to ensure smooth onboarding and strong campaign performance
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasts, and KPIs in Salesforce
- Share market insights and client feedback to inform go-to-market strategy and product development
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital media sales
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed targets in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Self-starter mindset with comfort working across time zones in a remote-first setup
- Based in Mumbai or elsewhere in India

- Experience selling CPL, lead-gen, or performance-based campaigns to advertisers or agencies
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, adtech platforms, or performance optimization tools
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience
